Our organization offers venue rental services for employers to conduct independent recruitment fairs. Below are the details of the service:
The venue rental service offers two time slots: morning and afternoon, with each session lasting for 4 hours. The rental time is calculated starting from a minimum of one session. If the usage exceeds ten minutes or is less than one hour, it will be rounded up to one hour.
Morning Slot: From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Afternoon Slot: From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

The above fees include venue rental, air conditioning, use of tables and chairs, whiteboard, venue signage, and posting of posters in the centre (if provided), but do not include equipment rental.
Additional charges will apply for renting other equipment or using the centre's advertising services, with prices to be negotiated separately.
A 10% discount will be offered for booking two sessions or more.
Please submit your application three weeks before the event.
Upon receiving all relevant documents, our organization will respond to the applicant's request within seven working days to confirm whether the application is accepted.
