The Multi-disciplinary Outreaching Support Team for the Elderly (MOSTE) aims to improve the social and rehabilitation needs of elderly residents, thereby enhancing their quality of life.
Our centre has a team of professionals who provide appropriate services to private nursing homes, contracted residential care homes (including day care units within contracted residential care homes), self-financed nursing homes and care homes for residents, as well as to caregivers, and facility staff. Our team members include social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and program workers who provide physical therapy services, occupational therapy services, speech therapy services, and social work support services. The services offered are tailored to the specific needs of the elderly residents and may vary in frequency and nature.
