Community Care Service Voucher Scheme (CCSV)
- Call or visit the centre in person to register, or be referred by various service units, hospitals, elderly service centers, etc.;
- Elderly individuals or their carers holding“Community Care Service Voucher Scheme (CCSV) can call or visit the centre to apply for services;
- Upon assessment by professional staff, the centre will provide services for the elderly and may even develop individual care plans.
