The Integrated Home Care Service aims to provide community-based care services to facilitate service users to continue aging in place for as long as possible and maintain their optimal level of functioning while providing various kinds of support and assistance to carers.
Services for Ordinary Cases:
Ordinary Cases: the elderly persons aged 60 or above, persons with disabilities, and individuals and families with social needs living in the community.
Services for Frail Cases:
The service team will tailor the service content and frequency according to the individual needs of service users.
